2 killed in road mishap in Dadeldhura

Kathmandu: Two persons died on the spot in a road accident in the district on Wednesday night.

'The deceased have been identified as Padam Balayar and Keshav Mahara of Shikhar municipality of Doti district,' said Kusum Nayak, Police Inspector at the District Police Office, Dadeldhura.

An auto rickshaw heading towards Doti from Attariya along Bhimdutta highway met with an accident at Melkharka of Dadeldhura.

Injured auto rickshaw driver Bir Bahadur Kunwat is undergoing treatment at Dadeldhura Hospital. The cause of the accident has not been ascertained.
