NC central committee and parliamentary party's joint meeting today

Kathmandu: A joint meeting of the Nepali Congress (NC)'s central working committee and its parliamentary party is scheduled to take place at 11.00 am this morning.

Party office chief secretary Krishna Prasad Poudel said the meeting, to be held at the NC central office, Sanepa, will discuss contemporary political affairs.

NC has been obstructing the House proceeding demanding the formation of a parliamentary probe committee and action against Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Home Affairs Rabi Lamichhane and others who were allegedly involved in misappropriating cooperative money.
